Dr. Stephan F Hollmann is an Aerospace Executive and Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Southern California. He currently manages the Special Purpose Aircraft Division of Pacific Aviation Corp, headquartered in San Diego, CA. As the President his responsibilities include Strategic Business Development, Program Management, and Aircraft Asset Management for Industry and Government.
Dr. Hollmann manages all aspects of technologies, operations and asset management, financial oversight control, including maintenance, repair and overhaul in its own facilities. The company provides aircraft leasing, sales and independent finances to aircraft operators and Governments. His internationally acclaimed and recognized professional work in the areas of specialized commercial and military mission aircraft is sought after throughout the world.
Dr. Hollmann produced novel developments in design and integration of complex adaptive processes that earned him global recognition. He is an Associate Fellow with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), a senior member of the Federal German Parliamentary Group for Aerospace, and Advisor to Government in New Zealand. Dr. Hollmann holds an engineering degree from University of Applied Science, Bremen/Germany and a Doctorate from California Southern University.
